Our spacious state of the art 3,700+ sq. ft. single ballrooms allow you to accommodate a small crowd or up to 200 guests. For larger events, our featured 7,500 sq. ft. Grand ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests. Restrictions may apply.
   The Pocomoke Community Center is the end of your search for the perfect venue. We are dedicated to making your event memorable and our rental director will assist you every step of the way. We offer three different options for ballroom rental. Our single ballrooms are 3,750 +/- square feet and can accomodate up to 200 people. Our 7,500 square foot grand ball room will accomodate up to 400 people. All of our ballrooms include a state of the art house lighting system and sound system. We provide a wireless microphone and podium for your use as well as offer several types of inputs around the room. Our system can accept 1/8" plugs, XLR, RCA, cable inputs. In addition to the inputs we also have a 5 disc CD player, cable TV and a FM stereo receiver. You can also control the volume of the sound system from within the rooms. Secure wireless internet is also available with all of our ballrooms. With our spacious rooms you will have plenty of room for options such as pipe and drapes, decorative columns, stage, buffet tables, gift tables and more. We offer several table styles to accomodate different needs. If you have a special request we will make every attempt to fulfill your request. Due to health laws outside food cannot be brought into the ballrooms. Any food to be consumed in the ballrooms must be cooked by a licensed caterer.
   Whatever the occasion may be, the Community Center is the perfect choice. We offer everything needed to make your event a success. Rental Information

The rental of the Community Center includes use of tables and chairs, stage, premium sound system and podium. Use of the Gathering Space is included in the rental of the ballrooms. If the ballrooms are not rented, then the Gathering Space will be available to rent. Reasonable set-up and break-down times will be permitted without additional rental fees if the space is not rented prior to or after event.

Rental Rates

Specific rental information is included in the lease agreement and will be discused with you by the Community Center Director. Please contact us so we can give you an accurate quote.
The Ballrooms are available for rent during non-peak times at a discounted hourly rate. Contact the Director for more information.
If an approved outside caterer is utilized for the event, then a fee will be assessed for the use of the caterer's kitchen or the full kitchen.
If alcohol is served, there is an alcohol usage fee.
